Since 2009, we've been on a mission to bring sustainable fashion to everyone. Named one of Fast Company’s Brands That Matter and winning a Best Carbon Footprint award, we have big goals like being Climate Positive by 2025, Circular by 2030, and pushing the whole industry forward along the way. Our work has gotten love in Drapers and Sourcing Journal, and TIME wrote about how great our CEO, Hali Borenstein, is. Basically, we're saving the Earth and looking damn good doing it.

We're a global brand with 50+ stores (and counting) around the world, and our own sustainable factory in LA. We innovate across categories like accessories, swimwear, and sleepwear, and we reach millions of people with campaigns like this, this and this

None of this work is possible without the incredible people behind it. We're a mission-based company that invests in an inclusive culture, so we can innovate together and ensure everyone has the space to grow, thrive, and belong.

And starting right now, we want to do all that with you.

Reformation is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Production Manager to join our Product Innovation Team. In this role, you will own end-to-end production across 3+ product categories spanning 5+ countries, 7+ factories, and a network of raw material suppliers worldwide. You are a collaborative partner with a deep passion for sustainability, a high standard for quality, and the operational instincts to move fast without sacrificing excellence.

  • Own the full PO lifecycle — from creation through INDC — ensuring accuracy, accountability, and speed at every stage.
  • Serve as the primary strategic partner to overseas vendors, proactively resolving production challenges and driving on-time delivery.
  • Lead price negotiations with a focus on achieving target LDP margins.
  • Partner with Product Development and manufacturers to uphold uncompromising quality standards; champion continuous improvement initiatives and enforce accountability through chargeback processes.
  • Define and drive performance KPIs — including lead time, margin, and return rates — using data to elevate vendor relationships and production outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Associate Director of Production to manage factory capacity in alignment with forecasted demand.
  • Lead export and freight execution in partnership with suppliers and freight forwarders, optimizing schedules, bookings, and cost.
  • Partner with the Allocation Team to align on inbound retail flow, enabling seamless and timely distribution to all retail doors.
  • Collaborate with Merchandising to ensure Pre-Order product timelines are accurate and customer-facing commitments are met with confidence.
  • Act as a key liaison for E-Commerce and Marketing, delivering timely sample visibility to support compelling, on-schedule campaign execution.
  • Develop and execute raw material and packaging strategies for monthly product assortments and replenishment, ensuring deliveries are coordinated with precision.
  • Drive raw material inventory strategy in close partnership with overseas vendors — maintaining optimal stock levels and ensuring immediate availability of components for bestseller SKUs.
