Responsibilities

→Oversee the accounting of multiple revenue streams as well as the design, implementation, and execution of scalable and effective processes for a more efficient close and control environment ensuring proper revenue recognition under ASC 606
→Reconcile and investigate outstanding accounts receivable balances
→Reconcile and dispute chargebacks for all of our AR balances
→Work with Operations, DC, Wholesale, and other cross-functional teams to ensure accurate customer invoicing and collections. Collaborating for a seamless billing process
→Review and approve all deferred revenue calculations, ensuring adequate support
→Create and maintain revenue-related monthly balance sheet account reconciliations
→Prepare journal entries, as well as review and approve JEs and timely account reconciliations from direct reports
→Assist with monthly financial analysis and various ad-hoc reports
→Manage and develop the operations of the Revenue Accounting team with full responsibility for day-to-day and month-end functions
→Maintain organized transaction documentation for audits and support internal/external audit processes.

5+ years accounting experience within an e-commerce, retail or CPG environment
Bachelor’s / Four (4) year degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field required
2 years of large-scale ERP experience Netsuite experience a plus
Expert Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP’s, etc)
Strong problem solving aptitude. Identify root causes, gather and process relevant information, and make recommendations for solutions
Ability to effectively analyze transactional level detail in an enterprise resource planning system and articulate the key findings to management
Must be able to collaborate and build positive relationships cross-functionally to effectively make recommendations and implement process improvements
Action-oriented and solution-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast pace environment

What We Offer

At Reformation, we believe in transparency and equity when it comes to compensation. For this role, the anticipated base salary range is $120,000 - $140,000 + 10% bonus eligibility, depending on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal compensation equity.

This role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a range of factors, including company performance, department goals, and individual contributions. Bonus amounts and eligibility are not guaranteed and are determined at the company’s discretion.
