Outbound Lead I

Lead from the floor and keep outbound operations moving. RefrigiWear is seeking an experienced warehouse professional to direct associates within an assigned outbound function, resolve real-time issues, and help the team achieve safe, accurate, and productive shifts.

About the Role

The Outbound Lead I is a hands-on working lead responsible for guiding associates during an active shift within picking, packing, or Command Central. This frontline leadership position monitors productivity and accuracy, addresses floor-level exceptions, and serves as the primary point of contact for associates in the assigned function. It is also an important step in RefrigiWear's Dahlonega warehouse leadership pipeline.

What You Will Do

• Direct outbound associates across picking, packing, and Command Central throughout the shift.
• Monitor and resolve operational exceptions, including short picks, packing discrepancies, and supply shortages.
• Help maintain shift productivity, order accuracy, and adherence to outbound standard operating procedures.
• Identify and promptly escalate safety hazards, equipment concerns, and performance gaps to the Lead II or Outbound Supervisor.
• Communicate urgent shift updates and associate concerns to leadership in real time.
• Lead or participate in pre-shift huddles covering daily priorities, safety reminders, and performance targets.
• Support end-of-shift closeout, including area cleanup, equipment staging, and dock or yard clearance as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
