Seasonal Picker/Packer Operator - 2nd Shift

RefrigiWear is hiring reliable, motivated Seasonal Picker/Packers to support our Distribution team during our busiest time of the year. This full-time seasonal position offers steady hours, hands-on warehouse experience, a $2.00-per-hour second-shift premium, and the opportunity to earn an additional bonus after completing at least three months of the season.

• →Pick products for customer orders using pick tickets and an RF scanner
• →Move completed orders to designated staging areas
• →Verify item and order accuracy
• →Scan and open orders in the warehouse system
• →Select and assemble appropriately sized cartons
• →Scan, pack, and prepare items for shipment
• →Lift and move boxes weighing up to 60 pounds
• →Operate a pallet jack as needed
• →Assist with loading completed pallets for freight shipment
• →Help the Distribution team meet daily production and shipping deadlines

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
• Ability to stand for the duration of an eight-hour shift
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 60 pounds
• Willingness to work overtime when business needs require it
• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, RF scanner, or receiving experience is helpful
• Forklift experience is preferred but not required

Bonus eligibility requires a minimum of three months of seasonal employment and is subject to the terms of RefrigiWear's seasonal bonus program.
