Shipping & Receiving Associate TEMP

What is the job? 

As a Mailroom Associate, you'll play an important role in keeping Regal connected by ensuring mail, packages, and important shipments are processed accurately and delivered on time. From receiving incoming deliveries to coordinating outgoing theatre mail, you'll help support daily operations across the business.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build experience in an office and operations environment. No prior experience is required, just a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

What will you be doing?  

•  You will receive, log, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
•  You will prepare and ship outgoing mail and theatre communications.
•  You will maintain accurate shipment records and complete requested reports.
•  You will provide backup support for theatre supplies operations when needed.
• You will support daily mailroom operations and other assigned administrative tasks. 

About you 

•  You will have basic computer skills and be comfortable using office equipment.
•  You will have strong communication and organizational skills.
•  You will be able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
•  You will work well independently and as part of a team.
•  You will be able to lift packages up to 60 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
