OtherDirector Of Nursing

Since 2001, Regent Surgical Health has been a leader in developing and managing successful surgery center partnerships between hospitals and physicians. We continually improve and evolve the ASC model based on changing market conditions to stay ahead of emerging trends. From this vantage point, our team has developed proprietary ASC ownership models that give both physicians and hospitals what they need to ensure long-term clinical and financial success.

This role is also a strong fit for OR Managers, Clinical Managers – Surgical Services, or Clinical Directors – Surgical Services who are ready to step into Center-wide leadership. If you've led a surgical services department, an OR, or an ASC and want broader ownership over clinical operations, staffing, and quality, this is your next step.

The Director of Nursing (DON) provides strategic and operational leadership for all nursing and clinical services within the Center. The DON oversees staffing, clinical operations, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and patient care delivery while building a collaborative, high-performing care team.
