Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Review BEO's for menu details, room setup, food, beverage and audio visual needs.
- →Assist the set up staff in table set up, buffet set up, bar set up, etc.
- →Check quality and presentation of food before serving.
- →Prepare and serve beverages for the function.
- →Provide prompt and professional service to all guests.
- →Communicate with Kitchen keeping update on any changes.
- Customer service focused, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, likes to communicate with guests and associates.
- High work ethic and self-initiative
- Ability to work in high pressure situations
- Flexible to work varying schedules to include nights, weekends, and holidays
- Someone who enjoys working as and being part of a team that provides great experiences for our Guests!
