Position: Senior Analyst, Feasibility & Underwriting
Base Salary: $105,000 - $125,000 (Commensurate with experience, qualifications, and market alignment)
Bonus: Up to 10% Annual incentive plan tied to performance metrics
Work Type: 100% Remote within the USA
Remote Location: Open to any location within USA. However, candidates should be willing to align with Central Time business hours.
Travel: Up to 10% travel for meetings, leadership development, community engagement, and market-related activities
Job Type: Individual Contributor, Full-Time, Permanent
Leadership & Team Structure: This position reports to VP of Feasibility & Underwriting
Independent Contributor Role: This position does not have direct reports (including administrative support, analysts, or coordinators). The ideal candidate is a self-sufficient, hands-on professional who can effectively manage priorities, execute projects independently, and drive results with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

→ Physical Requirements (In-Office Role)
→Ability to work in a standard office environment.
→Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. (6-8 hours a day)
→Occasional standing and walking throughout the workday.
→Frequent fine motor skills, use of hands and fingers for keyboarding/typing, utilizing a mouse or trackpad, writing, and operating office equipment.
→Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
→Occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, reach, or carry items.
→Ability to lift and/or move 10–25 pounds as needed (e.g., files, office supplies).
→Visual ability to read from a computer screen and printed materials including close visual focus for extended periods and color differentiation (for certain roles).
