• →Perform hands-on work across multiple trades: framing, trim carpentry, drywall, tile, and light plumbing/electrical.
• →Take ownership of project progress and ensure quality at every stage.
• →Collaborate with your Production Manager to keep schedules on track.
• →Communicate with clients and your team to keep projects running smoothly.
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
• →Document progress using Buildertrend (we'll provide the training).

• 5+ years of experience in residential remodeling
• Versatility: You're a "Swiss Army Knife" of trades, particularly skilled in rough and finish carpentry.
• Communication: You're comfortable talking to clients and teammates with clarity and respect.
• Ownership: You are organized, self-motivated, and take pride in doing things the right way the first time.
