Contract Technical Recruiter

Remora is seeking a Contract Technical Recruiter to help build the teams responsible for deploying, commissioning, operating, and servicing our carbon capture systems in the field. This recruiter will focus primarily on hiring across Operations, Commissioning, and Field Service, including Field Service Technicians, Field Service Engineers, Commissioning Engineers, and other technical operations roles. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable owning searches end-to-end, and proactively sourcing technical talent.  

We’re building modular carbon capture systems, turning exhaust into beverage-grade CO₂ sold to breweries and greenhouses. We deploy in regions facing severe CO₂ shortages, where prices are highest, allowing us to generate high margins without relying on tax credits or carbon credits.  

We’ve raised over $115 million in funding from top investors including Lowercarbon Capital, Union Square Ventures, First Round Capital, Y Combinator, and Valor Equity Partners.
