As a Technical Enablement Specialist, your mission is to ensure our partners are successful with Upsun. You will be a key technical guide for digital agencies, helping them understand the immense value of our platform and convincing them to standardize their development workflows on Upsun.

Your ultimate goal is to drive deep partner adoption, demonstrating how standardization on Upsun leads to significant operational benefits and helping them bring as many production workloads as possible to our platform. This role is a dynamic mix of high-touch technical guidance, strategic documentation, and partner advocacy.

• White-Glove Onboarding: Lead the technical enablement for new strategic agency partners, providing hands-on guidance, architectural advice, and best-practice demonstrations.
• Enablement & Documentation: Create, refine, and maintain technical documentation, tutorials, and enablement materials specifically tailored to agency development workflows.
• Demonstrate Value: Clearly articulate the technical and business value proposition of Upsun to diverse technical audiences, from senior engineers and tech leads to DevOps specialists.
• Drive Standardization: Work with partner technical leaders to establish Upsun as their standard PaaS, helping them migrate projects and integrate Upsun into their internal processes.
• Be the Partner's Voice: Act as a technical liaison between our partners and our internal Product and Engineering teams, collecting feedback and advocating for features that improve the partner experience.

• Deep Technical Expertise: Strong professional experience with PHP and a deep understanding of common backend frameworks and applications like Symfony, Drupal, and Magento/Adobe Commerce.
• DevOps & Git Fluency: A solid grasp of core DevOps principles, modern deployment strategies, and extensive experience with Git.
• Web Stack Knowledge: Good understanding of the modern web stack, including reverse proxies like Varnish and CDNs like Fastly.
• Partner-Facing Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an ability to build trust and rapport with technical stakeholders.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Adept at gathering insights and aligning with stakeholders across various teams in a fully remote environment.
  

• Agency Experience: Previous experience working at a digital agency or SI as a Tech Lead, DevOps Engineer, Senior Engineer, or similar role. You understand their pains, processes, and business drivers.
• PaaS/Cloud Experience: Prior experience working with Upsun/Platform.sh or other PaaS/cloud hosting providers.
• French Language: Professional fluency in French, and ability to lead technical discussions in both languages
