Integration Security Director

Reserv is an insurtech creating and incubating cutting-edge AI and automation technology to bring efficiency and simplicity to claims. Founded by insurtech veterans with deep experience in SaaS and digital claims, Reserv is venture-backed by Bain Capital and Altai Ventures and began operations in May 2022. We are focused on automating highly manual tasks to tackle long-standing problems in claims and set a new standard for TPAs, insurance technology providers, and adjusters alike. Reserve is looking for an Integration Security Director, to focus on our customer facing SaaS offerings.  In this role you will be responsible for integrating solid security and development processes into our expanding product portfolio, to help meet lage-scale customer needs.  The ideal candidate will be ready to jump in feet-first while we scale our operations to enterprise class. They understand the new-needs such large growth brings, and know the roadmap to make it happen.

• Continuously monitor telemetry to ensure health of the SaaS application stack.
• Ensure Architecture continues to meet regulatory requirements
• Build and maintain monitoring infrastructure, set SLA’s, deployment guidelines etc.
• Ensure Customer SLA’s are maintained
• Work with BCDR to ensure uptime and resiliency
• Ensure health monitoring in place and actionable for cloud components
• Ensuring security policies, goals, tools etc. built out, tuned, and audited

• 5+ years of cloud development/deployment/monitoring experience
• Deep experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Extensive Github experience
• Extensive AWS/Azure/GCP experience
• Extensive experience building,running, debugging,supporting, and maintaining enterprise based web-applications.
  
  

• Bachelors degree or higher in a Computer Programming, IT or related field
• Automation Experience
• Mutli-Tenencey and Multi Cloud Experience
• Cloud related certifications
