→Maintain beverage storeroom bar stock by receiving orders for all beverages and supplies requested by bartenders
→Acknowledge and greet guests in a friendly, professional manner. Ensuring that guest interaction is efficient, expedient, and personalized; using guest names whenever it becomes available
→Ensure all stocks are stored securely, reporting any losses immediately to Bartender and Manager. Assists in inventory as requested by Manager
→Ensure that the bar is properly stocked in a timely manner, and fully stocked with glasses, condiments, and ice before and during service
→Responsible for replacing beverage items on the bar by retrieving them from storeroom in a timely manner
→Ensure that the bar is properly cleaned prior to opening and throughout the shift
→Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks
→Report for work punctually at scheduled time and in accordance with the dress code and appearance standards
→Ensure at the end of the shift bar is left clean and organized
→Ensures that garbage is taken to the designated area at the end of each shift
→Ensure that all equipment is properly functioning at the bar and report all malfunctions to the Manager in a short period of time
→Attend daily line up, meetings, and training when required
→Adhere to policies, procedures, conditions and regulations as set out in the company’s employee handbook
→Knowledge of hotel facilities
→Other duties as assigned
