→Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
→Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
→Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.
→Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
→Must respond to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support in a timely manner.
→Works with third party vendors and Information Technology team to develop and maintain network infrastructure, identify security issues and resolve with little interruption to service.
→Demonstrates and provides outstanding customer and employee relations at all times.
→Assist with IT planning for the property.

→Partner with other departments for various activities to achieve company goals and objectives.
→Ensures the company is in compliance with policies procedures, internal controls and government regulations.
→Performs programming and supervises installation of equipment where necessary.
→Attends periodic meetings and training sessions.
→Performs other duties as assigned.

AA degree in related field
Three (3) years IT related experience, preferably in a hospitality environment
Strong analytical, technical and communication skills
Ability to troubleshot and work independently to resolve time sensitive issues
Must have experience handling both hardware and software problems
Working knowledge of word processing programs, network systems and in-house systems
Minimum 18 years old and have the ability to obtain appropriate license pursuant to gaming regulations.
Strong networking experience a plus
