You will be instrumental in driving the business forward through innovative use of technology to enhance productivity, uncover new insights, and implement automation. You will provide crucial support to Argos stakeholders by delivering ad hoc analysis and insights to enhance retail performance, leveraging your technology skills to create business value. Your role will involve championing the development of quality assets that comply with internal control frameworks, leading efforts to enhance digital literacy and promote data democratisation, and stepping in to deputise for the Director of Finance as needed. Your strong commercial acumen, finance knowledge, and experience in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Snowflake, and BI tools will be essential in driving excellent commercial performance and ensuring the team's work quality aligns with digital control frameworks to minimise risk and interruptions to reporting and process automation.

You are a strategic thinker with a strong commercial acumen and a passion for leveraging technology to drive business performance and innovation. With a background in finance and demonstrated experience in data analysis, you excel at turning data into actionable insights that enhance commercial performance. Your proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Snowflake, and other BI tools, combined with your ability to build strong relationships, prioritise effectively, and drive change, positions you as a valuable leader in championing digital literacy, promoting data democratisation, and ensuring quality assets that comply with internal control frameworks.
