Job Title: Content Strategist | Remote

Location: EMEA or Americas (must be available 9 AM–5 PM EST)

Salary: $4,000-$6,000/month gross
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week

In This Role, You’ll:

You’ll act as the primary point of contact for world-class founders, investors, and executives, ensuring every engagement runs smoothly, strategically, and with excellence. Reporting directly to the leadership team, you’ll lead client calls, manage creative delivery, and cultivate strong, lasting relationships.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead weekly 1:1 client calls (podcast-style interviews for content ideation), bringing genuine curiosity, sharp active listening, and the ability to pick up on cues and ask the right questions to draw out compelling stories and ideas
• Own client strategy and generate high-quality content ideas aligned with business goals
• Manage writers, review drafts, and oversee delivery timelines
• Maintain communication, ensure smooth workflows, and uphold quality standards
• Build deep, trust-based client relationships that drive retention and satisfaction
• Ensure every client experiences white-glove service and exceptional outcomes.

What You’ll Bring:

Must Have:

• Experience in content strategy or marketing
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and X (Twitter) content ecosystems
• Understanding of copywriting, storytelling, and ghostwriting
• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level or above) with little to no accent
• Exceptional relationship-building ability, confident, warm, and engaging with clients
• Strong marketing mindset and creative thinking (beyond task management)
• Authentic curiosity and the ability to ask meaningful, strategic questions
• High emotional intelligence (EQ) and proactive ownership attitude
• Familiarity with modern tools like Notion, Slack, and Claude (or other AI writing assistants)
• Baseline understanding of finance, crypto, tech, and innovation, able to hold intelligent conversations with founders across these industries
• Innovative mindset and global awareness, you keep up with what’s happening in technology, finance, and how the world is evolving
• Ability to engage thoughtfully in conversations about investing, new technologies, and the future of business, connecting those themes naturally with client content and strategy

Nice to have: 

• Experience with personal branding or social media strategy
• Experience working with high-profile or executive clients
• Awareness of AI phrases and terminology used in content creation or personal branding
