The position is part of our global support centre in Plovdiv.
Your role:
Deliver high-quality operational and technical support to Reward Gateway | Edenred AUKUS clients by resolving complex enquiries through expert product knowledge and precise communication.
The role exists to ensure timely, accurate, and professional handling of client queries across multiple channels, contributing to excellent service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
The Support Specialist operates as a subject-matter expert within the AUKUS Support Structure, supporting operational stability and knowledge sharing. They work closely with the Client Support team managers and supervisors, and escalate issues as needed, ensuring operational efficiency and service level adherence.
This is a hybrid role that would require you to be in our Plovdiv office at least two days in a week.
