We are looking for a part-time friendly and customer-focused Server to join our team at 1917 Restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding service to our guests. We're seeking someone with a positive attitude, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to multitask, with a desire to learn and think creatively. Responsibilities include performing various tasks as directed by the supervisor and assisting with any duties within the Restaurant/Winery to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

→Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
→Proven work experience as a Server, Waiter or Waitress is required.
→Must be able to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
→Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
→Technical Skills: Basic math skills.
→Must be Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certified.
→Must have food handlers’ certificate upon hire.
→Flexibility: Must be willing to work weekends.
→Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods of time and carry up to 40 pounds.
→Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in food and beverage.
→Hygiene Standards: Must adhere to proper hygiene and cleanliness practices at all times.
