Summary-

San Antonio Winery Paso Robles is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to help lead our kitchen team and deliver exceptional food experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate is a hands-on culinary professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values quality and consistency, and is passionate about creating memorable hospitality experiences.

Responsibilities

→Proven cooking experience, minimum of 3 years
→Proven prep/cooking experience is preferred, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook, sous chef, prep cook.
→Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
→Accuracy and speed in assigned tasks.
→High degree of reliability and availability
→This location is open Thursday-Sunday and requires weekend availability.
→Bilingual in English is preferred but will consider Spanish speaking only candidates.

Pay Range

$22—$25 USD
