The Hospitality & Events Coordinator is a hands-on role responsible for supporting event execution, VIP hospitality, and guest experience logistics across our Paso Robles locations, including but not limited to San Antonio Winery, Jada Vineyard & Winery, and San Simeon Estates. This role provides on-site support for events and experiences, working under the direction of the General Manager and Estate Experience Manager to ensure seamless operations.
The position focuses on coordination, preparation, and execution—ensuring that events, estates, and hospitality spaces are properly set up, guest-ready, and aligned with brand standards.
Responsibilities
~2 min read- →High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality- or events-related education a plus
- →2–3 years of experience in hospitality, events, or guest services
- →Experience supporting events or VIP guests preferred
- →Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office; comfort learning event/reservation systems
- →Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- →Professional, guest-focused demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- →Dependable, detail-oriented team player open to direction
- →Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- →Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site and travel locally
