Riboli Family Wines is looking for a customer focused and efficient Restaurant Expeditor to support at the San Antonio Winery. They are responsible for ensuring customers receive their food and beverages quickly and accurately. The ideal candidate has a customer first mentality, is always striving to create an exceptional dining experience and has experience working in a high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
~2 min read- →2-3 years of experience working as a Food Expeditor, Runner, Server or Wait Staff.
- →Must be able to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- →Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- →Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety practices.
- →Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- →Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- →Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- →Strong verbal communication skills.
- →Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- →Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- →Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
- →Excellent plating for customer presentation skills.
- →Follows and adheres to dress code throughout all seasons.
- →Flexibility to work in shifts.
- →Bilingual a plus (Spanish/Italian)
