Part Time Server/ Diet Aide

Ridgeview is our newly constructed health center providing living options in Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Memory Care. We provide the perfect environment for learning all aspects of restaurant dining and opportunities for growth. Through our talent development review program, we strive to make sure our employees are reaching their goals and working in the role they enjoy. We have a heavy focus on training and provide tuition assistance as well as some scholarships. • →Strong desire to work with and have empathy for the elderly.
• →Excellent customer service and listening skills.
• →Be reliable, organized and a team player.
• →Food handler card (obtainable through community)
• →Six month’s experience as a diet aide or diet clerk in a skilled nursing facility preferred but not required. Will train on-the-job.
• →Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic. Ability to understand measurements and conversions.
• →Ability to interpret standardized recipes, instructions, specifications and standards.
• →Ability to plan and organize work, set up trays and plates in accordance with diet orders and interpret specifications and standards.
