Right Side Up is a collective of premium marketing talent—with all of the marketing chops, and none of the agency fluff. We’re trusted by the most respected early-stage ventures, the fastest-growing tech companies, and well-established Fortune 500 teams to do one thing better: Growth. We have over 250+ clients including Stitch Fix, Sephora, Yelp, Sun Basket, Crunchbase, DoorDash, Calm, and more.

We’re seeking freelance Influencer Marketing Consultants to join our talent collective and support a range of B2C, B2B, and D2C clients. This role is ideal for marketers who can build and scale influencer and creator programs that drive brand awareness, engagement, and measurable performance.

Projects may include launching influencer programs from scratch, managing ongoing partnerships, or optimizing existing creator strategies. Contract engagements typically range from 10–40 hours per week.

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned to brand and growth goals

  • Identify, vet, and manage relationships with creators and influencers across platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)

  • Lead outreach, negotiation, and contract management with creators

  • Plan and execute campaigns, including product seeding, paid partnerships, and long-term ambassador programs

  • Collaborate with content, paid, and social teams to amplify influencer content

  • Track and analyze campaign performance, including engagement, reach, and conversion metrics

  • Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend

  • Stay up to date on platform trends, creator landscape shifts, and emerging opportunities

  • Strong experience in influencer or creator marketing across B2C, B2B, or D2C brands

  • Proven ability to build and scale influencer programs

  • Experience managing creator relationships and negotiations

  • Understanding of platform-specific trends and best practices

  • Ability to balance brand storytelling with performance-driven outcomes

  • Experience tracking and reporting on campaign performance

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Comfort working across different industries and brand voices

  • Experience with affiliate or performance-based influencer programs

  • Familiarity with influencer platforms/tools (e.g., Aspire, CreatorIQ, GRIN, Upfluence)

  • Experience with paid social amplification of influencer content

  • Experience in high-growth startup environments

  • Experience supporting both strategic planning and hands-on execution
