• Variable compensation administration & expertise — deep knowledge of commission payout processes, policy, and design
• Data-driven analysis & reporting — builds models, audits payouts, and turns attainment data into clear recommendations
• Process building & scale — designs and implements standardized playbooks, templates, and workflows
• Cross-functional partnership & stakeholder management — partners effectively with Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Accounting; manages seller and leader escalations
• Communication & executive presence — translates complex compensation analysis into slides for leadership
