✨Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Facilities Maintenance Manager at Columbus Youth Academy in Tampa, Florida✨

Columbus Youth Academy is a moderate-risk residential commitment program for male youth up to age 19. This program provides youth with comprehensive care, treatment, supervision, and evidence-based sex offender services. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling, while in the program.

Responsibilities

→High School diploma or equivalent and at least 4 years of related experience
→Licensed Technician in a related field: plumbing, electrical, HVAC or other
→Supervisory experience required
→Possess a current State Driver’s License and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years
→Be able to pass a criminal background clearance check, TB test and drug screen (we do not test for THC)
→Previous HVAC experience.
