Residential Director of Nursing

• →Be at least 21 years of age
• →Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Tennessee required. Nurse Practitioner license is preferred.
• →Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) strongly preferred.
• →Minimum 5-8 years of progressive nursing leadership experience.
• →Experience in residential treatment, behavioral health, juvenile justice, or correctional healthcare preferred.
• →Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, medication management, and adolescent health.
• →Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• →Ability to prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• →Clean driving record
