The Senior List Broker (or List Broker) will be an integral part of the List Services team, supporting the list services team in development and execution of client mail plans.

Responsibilities

→Support List Planners with development and execution of assigned client list plans, keeping all projects on time and in budget. Assists team in gathering and organizing details for mail plans including sending clearance request, tracking counts, and negotiating pricing. (50%)
→Maintain high-level day-to-day contact with other list brokers and managers within the industry to ensure the best negotiated deals. Troubleshoot unanticipated issues with vendors and/or internal teams. (20%)
→Coordinate with RKD data teams to ensure flawless execution of merge purge, list splits, review QC reports and ensure file files align with approved plans. (10%)
→Coordinate with RKD accounting team to ensure all list orders are reconciled and paid correctly and within the approved budget. (15%)
→Perform other duties as needed and determined by the supervisor. (5%)

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
7+ years’ experience in list brokerage (commercial or nonprofit) required
Familiarity with list order processing and pricing required
Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Adobe Workfront preferred
