General Foreman - Plumbing

$35.00 to $50.00 + Weekly Pay + Benefits

• →Lead and coordinate onsite plumbing installation activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• →Manage daily workforce planning, material and equipment needs, quality control, code compliance, and project documentation.
• →Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and customers to resolve issues, maintain productivity, and drive successful project execution.

• Journeyman-level plumbing experience, with leadership experience overseeing field crews on commercial, industrial, or multi-family construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation methods, safety practices, code compliance, scheduling, and workforce coordination.
• Commitment to safety, quality craftsmanship, mentorship, and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced construction environment.
