HVAC Projects Installer

At RK Industries, your HVAC expertise will drive performance, quality, and customer satisfaction on complex commercial projects. The role covers installation, retrofits, replacements, startups, troubleshooting, and service.

Work with Project Managers, Service Technicians, and skilled trades to deliver safe, high-quality projects. RK’s integrated, in-house resources will help you build skills on challenging commercial HVAC systems.

Install, retrofit, replace, start up, and service commercial HVAC systems, including RTUs, boilers, split systems, AHUs, MAUs, pumps, fans, chillers, and related equipment.

• →Conduct startups, testing, commissioning, and operational checks; confirm compliance with project specifications and manufacturer requirements.
• →Diagnose mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and controls issues; perform preventive maintenance, inspections, quality control, and system checks.
• →Interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, specifications, wiring diagrams, and control schematics.
• →Support inspections, resolve deficiencies, punch-list items, and callbacks, and complete required startup, service, and project records.
• →Communicate status, field conditions, and technical findings; identify service, retrofit, replacement, and repair opportunities; maintain a safe, clean, professional worksite.

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience in installation, service, retrofits, or replacements.
• Experience with RTUs, boilers, split systems, AHUs, MAUs, pumps, fans, chillers, cooling towers, VFDs, or related systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and equipment documents.
• Knowledge of mechanical codes, OSHA requirements, and safe work practices; EPA 608 Universal Certification.
