HVAC Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service professional to provide leadership, technical expertise, and operational support for our growing commercial and industrial service teams. This role is responsible for overseeing field operations, mentoring HVAC technicians, providing technical guidance, supporting customers, and driving safe, efficient, and high-quality service execution.

• Lead commercial and industrial HVAC technicians in safe, efficient, high-quality service delivery.
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, training, and mentorship to develop the team.
• Coordinate service calls, maintenance, start-ups, inspections, field teams, and customer needs.
• Review open calls, field work, and documentation for timely completion and compliance with RK standards, contracts, codes, and safety requirements.
• Support job walks, estimates, scoping, and identification of additional service opportunities and referrals.
• Coordinate labor, parts, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to deliver quality, profitable service.
• Build strong customer relationships and make timely field decisions that support customers, technicians, and RK.

• 10+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience, with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Experience coordinating technicians, service calls, preventive maintenance, and field operations.
• Working knowledge of HVAC safety requirements, codes, and industry best practices.
• Strong communication, customer service, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
