Superintendent - Service Plumbing

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Service professional to provide leadership, technical expertise, and operational support for our growing commercial service teams. This role is responsible for overseeing field operations, mentoring technicians, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving safe, high-quality project execution.

• Lead and support commercial service technicians, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality work.

• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for commercial plumbing and hydronic systems.
• Coordinate daily field operations, service calls, work orders, inspections, and customer needs.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure accurate service documentation and compliance.
• Coach and develop technicians while supporting estimating, job scoping, and additional service opportunities.
• Build strong customer relationships through responsive communication and technical expertise.

• Current Journeyman Plumber License required; Master Plumber preferred.
• 7+ years of commercial plumbing service with experience leading technicians and coordinating daily field operations.
• Strong knowledge of domestic water, DWV, natural gas, hydronics, boilers, pumps, water heaters, and backflow systems.
• Working knowledge of plumbing codes, safety requirements, and industry best practices.
