We’re searching for a Chicago-based Manager, Customer Success to join our team, so that we can drive customer adoption, retention, and long-term success while expanding the value clients receive from our solutions. The Manager, Customer Success will establish and scale the Customer Success function, build trusted customer relationships, and develop programs that improve customer outcomes and business growth in support of RLDatix’s mission to deliver safer healthcare for all.

 

  • Develop and execute Customer Success strategies, processes, and engagement models to drive customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with customer stakeholders in order to understand organizational goals and maximize solution value.
  • Analyze customer health, usage, and performance data to identify risks, uncover opportunities, and improve customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Services, Product, and Operations teams in order to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Lead the development and growth of the Customer Success program, including mentoring team members and establishing scalable best practices.
  • 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, SaaS, or customer-facing leadership roles.
  • Proven success in driving customer retention, adoption, customer satisfaction, and long-term account growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of Customer Success methodologies, customer health management, change management, and executive stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to commute to our Chicago, IL office in a hybrid work environment.
  • Sincere interest in improving healthcare outcomes through technology, data, and customer partnership.
  • A knack for working collaboratively across cross-functional teams while also operating independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
