Responsibilities

→Minimum age of 16 years old
→Background in athletics, sports or tumbling preferred
→Experience working with children ages 18 months - 12 years in group settings (childcare, camps, youth programs, preschool, etc.)
→Experience in organized play preferred
→Ability to support children with varying needs and behaviors
→Ability to display passion, enthusiasm and support for the mission and values of the YMCA
→CPR, AED and First Aid Certifications required within 90 days
→Current Praesidium Academy trainings
