- Mentors work within a 14-hour clock
- $500 after trainee completes 10,000 safe miles
- $300 after trainee completes 20,000 safe miles
- After training 6 students, become an Elite Mentor
- Elite Mentors earn $0.01 CPM on each student's miles during their first year
