Bachelor’s degree or above in Materials, Polymer, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or similar fields.
Experience in technical service, material testing, or polymer processing preferred.
Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
Basic business awareness, including understanding customer needs and cost implications.
General knowledge of polymer materials, processing, and testing.
Ability to interpret technical data and provide recommendations.
