We’re looking to hire our first People Operations team member at Rogo to support the planning, execution, and ongoing management of our key People programs throughout the employee lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity to help build the foundation of the employee experience as we scale, helping to attract, retain, and grow top talent. This role will report to the People Lead.

~1 min readCollaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Recruiting, and Leadership on projects, policies, and operational improvements.
Lead ad hoc projects in support of the People function as needs arise.
5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, and program management.
Demonstrated success in designing and executing structured processes and programs with minimal direction.
Strong project management skills – capable of running multi-stakeholder initiatives end-to-end.
Experience owning HR systems and tools, with strong comfort managing workflows and automations (experience with Rippling highly preferred).
Attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with polished presentation of ideas and processes.
High emotional intelligence – self-aware, empathetic, and effective in collaboration.
Bias toward action – you find answers, solve problems independently, and adapt quickly.
