Lead and execute the Scope of Work (SOW) in alignment with company agreements, covering various areas such as HSE, HR, Administration, transportation, water bottling and distribution, housekeeping, laundry, recreation, staff training, budgeting, procurement, and camp facilities maintenance.

Operate in accordance with Camp Facilities Management vision, ethics, and professionalism, representing the company positively to clients.

Support the implementation of short- and intermediate-term strategies for camp management activities, including Laundry, Housekeeping, Recreation, Transportation, Water Bottling and Distribution, and Office.

Implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and functionality of the camp services divisions.
→
Oversee all aspects of the multi-service camp's operations at a remote mine site, including planning, budgeting, staffing, and cost containment.
