Sanitation Chemical Operator – 3rd Shift | Food Manufacturing

This is a dedicated sanitation position—no production work is performed in this role. As a Sanitation Chemical Operator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our production equipment and facility are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and ready for the next day's operations while maintaining the highest food safety standards.

As a Sanitation Chemical Operator, you will:

• →Clean and sanitize production equipment and processing areas.
• →Disassemble and reassemble equipment for proper cleaning.
• →Follow sanitation procedures and standard operating practices.
• →Ensure compliance with USDA, HACCP, GMP, and company food safety standards.
• →Safely handle sanitation chemicals and cleaning equipment.
• →Wear and properly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• →Identify and report equipment or maintenance concerns.
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• →Support food safety initiatives throughout the facility.
• →Perform additional sanitation duties as assigned.

This position requires the ability to:

• Stand and walk for the duration of your shift.
• Frequently lift up to 60 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 100 lbs.
• Push carts and lugs weighing up to 500 lbs.
• Work in wet, humid, hot, cold, and loud manufacturing environments.
• Wear all required PPE throughout the shift.
