Project Manager (MEP)

Job Title: Project Manager – Mechanical Construction Location: Orlando FL Salary: $100K–$110K base (higher based on experience) + performance bonuses up to $200K Benefits: Full medical, dental, vision 401(k) with company match PTO, paid holidays continued education long-term growth car & phone allowance About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager who wants full ownership of a project from the day it's handed off to the day it closes out. You'll run the entire life cycle — planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality — on mechanical construction projects, working closely with field teams, subcontractors, and customers to bring each job in safely, on budget, and on schedule. If you like being the person who keeps a project moving, solves problems before they become delays, and takes pride in a clean close-out, this role gives you the autonomy and support to do exactly that — with real earning upside built into the bonus structure.
