With a strong focus on academic excellence, industry relevance, and student success, RIC provides a dynamic and supportive environment for both students and professionals. Currently, we are seeking for a dynamic and experienced English Lecturer to lead the Developing English Language Skills (DELS) and English for Academic Purposes (EAP) modules of the NCC Education Foundation Programme. Job Description Conduct lectures and academic support sessions for DELS and EAP modules. Develop lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials in line with NCC Education standards. Enhance students’ academic reading, writing, listening, speaking, and presentation skills. Guide students in academic writing, research, and communication techniques. Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback and academic counseling. Maintain academic records and support quality assurance processes. Participate in academic meetings, curriculum planning, and student development activities. Requirements Qualifications Minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience Experience teaching English Language and English Literature at Edexcel / Cambridge IAL and IGCSE levels Ability to work weekday morning hours An undergraduate degree or higher qualification in a relevant field Excellent command of spoken and written English. Previous teaching or lecturing experience in higher education or foundation programmes preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds. Familiarity with international curriculum standards will be an added advantage.
