Manager, Entrepreneurial Services Group

• →Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field required; master’s degree preferred.
• →Active CPA license or CMA certification required.
• →At least 5 years of public accounting experience, including tax and outsourced accounting or advisory services required.
• →Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and business and individual taxation required.
• →Experience managing multiple client engagements, budgets, deadlines, and deliverables.
• →Proficiency with QuickBooks, Bill.com, or similar accounting platforms.
• →Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and cash flow analysis.
• →Experience supervising and developing professional staff.
• →Experience serving entrepreneurial, closely held, or middle-market businesses.
• →Strong analytical, client service, communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• →Ability to explain complex accounting and tax matters clearly and practically.

• Typical office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
• Hybrid work model requiring 2-3 days per week in the office or at a client site.
• Ability to work extra hours as determined by workload and client expectations.
• Travel is typically 5% annually but may vary based on business needs.
• Ability to sit for long periods of time.
• Ability to move throughout office.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull up to 30-50 pounds.
