Partner, Assurance Services - Healthcare

• →Serve as the lead relationship partner for hospital and healthcare provider audit clients.
• →Lead financial statement audit engagements, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
• →Advise clients on complex accounting, auditing, and healthcare industry matters.
• →Drive practice growth through business development and cross-service collaboration.
• →Mentor and develop team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required; Master's preferred.
• Active CPA license required.
• 10+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on hospital and healthcare financial statement audits.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, AICPA auditing standards, and healthcare accounting and regulatory requirements.
• Proven success leading client relationships, developing business, and managing high-performing teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Typical office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
• Ability to work extra hours as determined by workload and client expectations.
• Travel will be dependent upon office location. Travel may range from minimal to monthly.
• Hybrid model (2-3 days per week in office / at a client).
• Ability to sit for long periods of time.
• Ability to move throughout office.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull up to 30-50 pounds.
