About the Role
~1 min readWe are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to own and scale Facebook(Meta) for one of our core D2C subscription products. The funnel is simple: ad → quiz → trial → subscription (web-to-web). The scale is not: 40+ countries, 20+ languages, one of the largest Meta budgets in its category.
You will be measured on two numbers: daily subscriptions and cohort ROI — not clicks, not CTR, not platform-reported ROAS.
You'll operate with serious leverage: an API-driven build pipeline and AI tooling handle the mechanical work. Your job is judgment — what to scale, what to cut, where the next dollar goes. The bar is high and so is the upside: performance here is directly and significantly rewarded, and strong operators take on bigger scope fast.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →
Channel Ownership: Own the Facebook account end to end — structure, budgets, bidding, geo mix — keeping subscription volume high at target CPA and ROI.
- →
Scaling & Stability: Scale winners without breaking CPA; keep delivery stable at high spend and catch problems before they cost money.
- →
Testing: Run a continuous testing pipeline — creatives, structures, bidding (highest volume / cost cap / bid cap), placements, geos and languages. Kill fast, scale what works.
- →
Creative Ideas: Own the creative direction for the channel — hooks, angles, formats — and brief the creative team with data-backed feedback.
- →
Working with Data: Make decisions on real cohort revenue from our BI, not on Ads Manager numbers. Break performance down to country × creative × bid level and build your own reports.
- →
Account Health: Protect ad accounts, pages and Business Managers — policy-safe copy and landings, appeals, backups.
- →
AI & Automation: Automate every repeatable part of your workflow with AI and keep manual work to a minimum.
Requirements
~1 min read2+ years hands-on Facebook as the primary channel you personally owned.
Personally owned $400K+/month on Meta with direct accountability for CPA / ROI targets — your budget, not your team's or agency's total.
Subscription funnels: drove subscriptions or trials through web funnels (web-to-web) or subscription apps for D2C products.
Multi-GEO: ran and scaled campaigns across many countries and languages at once.
Analytics: comfortable with cohorts, LTV, payback and the gap between platform and BI numbers.
AI in daily work: uses Claude, ChatGPT or equivalents daily for analysis, reporting and automation — not just aware of them.
Working proficiency in English (B2+).
Mostly agency experience (spread across many small clients)
E-commerce / catalog-only background (DPA, Shopping, basket ROAS)
Full owner of your zone — from diagnosis to result, no reminders needed
Analytical — every scale or kill decision has a period, a threshold and a dollar amount behind it
Plans ahead — runs the channel against a plan weeks and months out
Fast under load — many campaigns and tests in parallel without quality slipping
Ambitious — wants to grow fast and prove it with performance
Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
