Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Safety-first mindset with a commitment to adhering to safety regulations and promoting safe work practices
- →Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, business management, or related field preferred; and CLT and OSHA 30 is a plus
- →A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record over the past three years (required)
- →Strong background in landscape construction, including experience with jobsite operations, crew coordination, equipment utilization, and project execution.
- →Proven ability to effectively lead, manage, and develop team members at various levels
- →Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- →Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
- →Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally in English
- →Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds as part of routine job duties
