We are an active, busy family deeply invested in both our work and our home life. We are looking for someone who can become a true partner in keeping our household running smoothly. We would love to find a House Manager who can step in with confidence, take genuine ownership of the day-to-day details, and bring a sense of organization and calm to our busy schedule. Having someone we can trust to anticipate what needs to be done and take things off our plate would give us more time and breathing room to enjoy our evenings together.

We love spending time together as a family and creating meaningful experiences for our children. Our days tend to be active and hands-on, and we value outdoor time, creativity, learning, and fostering independence. We place a strong emphasis on keeping weekday screen time limited and want our children's afternoons to be filled with engaging activities—whether that's getting outside, working on a creative project, exploring something educational, or simply finding fun ways to stay active and connected.

Our household follows a kosher diet and has critical dietary and food-safety considerations. One of our children has significant food allergies, so careful food preparation, dedicated food-storage practices, and consistent attention to preventing cross-contamination are an important part of our daily routine. We are looking for someone who is comfortable taking these responsibilities seriously and can confidently incorporate them into the flow of our household.

Just as importantly, we value a logical, deliberate approach and someone who can work efficiently and independently. We appreciate someone who is friendly and engaged but also perceptive enough to recognize when we need a little space to decompress at the end of a busy day. We are looking for someone who is always a step ahead, noticing what needs to happen without always being asked, solving problems thoughtfully, and bringing solutions to the table.

Ultimately, we hope to find someone who feels like a trusted extension of our household—someone organized, proactive, dependable, and thoughtful, who takes pride in creating a well-run home and genuinely enjoys helping a busy family thrive.

You are exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and highly tech-savvy, with a natural ability to learn new tools, systems, and technology quickly. You are someone who genuinely enjoys figuring out how things work and finding smarter, more efficient ways to manage a busy household. You are analytical and insightful, able to look beyond the immediate task to understand what is causing a problem, anticipate what may be needed next, and build systems that prevent issues from recurring. You don't simply complete a checklist; you think critically about how the household can function better.

You are a strong, solutions-oriented problem solver who takes initiative and ownership. When you notice something that needs attention, you assess the situation, determine the best course of action, and move it forward without waiting for detailed instructions. You are comfortable making thoughtful decisions within your scope and bringing the parents well-considered solutions when their input is needed. The family is looking for someone who can stay one step ahead, connect the dots, and give them back mental space by handling the details independently.

You are also a capable and creative cook who enjoys preparing fresh, healthy meals and can confidently work with a variety of ingredients. You understand that this household requires an exceptionally high level of attention to detail around food preparation, dietary restrictions, and serious food allergies, and you are comfortable following established protocols carefully and consistently.

You enjoy an active household and are comfortable facilitating creative, educational, and outdoor activities with children rather than relying on screens. You are dependable, punctual, adaptable, physically active, and confident taking full ownership of your responsibilities. Most importantly, you bring a thoughtful, analytical, technology-forward approach to household management and take pride in making a busy family's life feel more organized, streamlined, and manageable.
