At Clari + Salesloft, our Sr. Product Mgr I will be pivotal to our company’s success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing team in India. We are looking for experienced Sr. Product Mgr I who can help realize Clari + Salesloft vision with their passion and proven track record of excellence and innovation. We are looking for Product Managers who are passionate about their work and who thrive working on leading-edge cloud-based technologies to develop ground-breaking AI-driven enterprise-grade applications.

  • Owning, leading and driving AI/ML features across platform and agents
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and translate them into compelling solutions
  • Drive adoption and retention for proven problems that customers want to solve using AI/ML
  • Work closely with Design on incrementally improving UX of existing features to unlock adoption
  • Work closely with Engineering to drive an efficient R&D and execution process
  • Collaborate with Go-to-Market teams to ensure that we maximize the product's impact on both customers and our business

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic Product Management team. This role will focus on the strategic development and enhancement of our Platform capabilities with the support of a local engineering team based in India. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical acumen, a deep understanding of product management principles, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions that drive customer value.

A world-class product is key to Clari+ Salesloft's success, and Product Management is at the center of defining and delivering the market's leading Revenue Platform. This involves working with customers and our Design/Engineering teams to solve some of the most important and challenging problems in business and enterprise software. We expect and empower PM's to operate with a "general management" mindset – you own the impact of your product area, and get to collaborate with every function in the company to make it happen!

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS or B2B experience in a Product role.
  • Experience working with large enterprise customers with multiple stakeholders and complex requirements.
  • Experience in building AI/ML features from scratch.
  • Great Product and UX understanding for incrementally improving a workflow to increase adoption
  • Strong written, oral, and visual communication skills
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical major is preferred
