Our commission structure is designed to reward performance, with earning opportunities up to 24% commission for team members who participate in installations tied to the work they sell. • Experience in residential plumbing sales or in-home service sales preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive, results-driven mindset
• Ability to explain solutions in a clear, customer-friendly way
• Organized, professional, and dependable
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Military experience welcomed and encouraged
