Tire and Lube Technician Full-time

• →Perform oil and filter changes on vehicles in the shop
• →Inspect and service tires, including rotation, balancing, and replacement
• →Check and top off all vehicle fluids
• →Maintain clean and organized shop and work areas
• →Operate service trucks and provide roadside support as needed
• →Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• →Perform other duties as assigned to support shop operations

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented
• Ability to follow directions and complete multi-step processes independently
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a team environment
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand, walk, bend, or kneel for long periods

• Previous experience in tire or lube services, diesel maintenance, or general vehicle maintenance
• Ability to operate power equipment, such as air compressors
• Prior roadside service experience is a plus but not required
