Customer Service Specialist / Expeditor

Grill Service Team Member will be the face and support of the S Grill. This position will provide exceptional and accurate guest service to the S Grill.

• →Answering S Grill phone, taking accurate orders.
• →Ensure accurate orders over phone, walk ins, platforms.
• →Deliver outstanding guest service
• →Follow through on all guest orders, questions, requests and resolve concerns as needed
• →Follow and comply with all applicable procedures and regulations, including Weights and Measures, FDA, health and sanitation, Department of Labor, ADA, HAACP, OSHA and safe work practices.
• →Sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner
• →Report equipment issues to Store Leadership
• →Keep all cases and shelves clean, well-stocked and properly rotated
• →Replenish order guides, menus as needed
• →Leadership may assign other duties, not listed here.

• 3+ years or more experience in a restayrant food service
• Guest Service focused
• Food Handler permit

• Walking, standing, bending and stooping for 8-10 hours a day
• Push, pull up to 50lbs

• Ability to taste, smell, feel and visually inspect food
• Unassisted lifting up to 50lbs or more
