Tritium Modernization Program Planner

This is the range within which SRNS expects the majority of qualified candidates would enter this role if offered. Actual offers may be more or less than the amounts shown depending on candidate’s qualifications, experience, internal equity, and other factors.

Project management personnel plan, monitor and manage internal projects from initiation through completion. Program management personnel manage programs responsible for the execution of multiple projects or sub-projects. They secure required resources and use formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes. They manage projects to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs.

Program Planning & Forecasting personnel analyze data trends, market conditions, historical performance, and internal capacities to forecast outcomes and perform short-, medium-, and long-term planning for programs and organizational initiatives. They use statistical models and predictive analytics to anticipate future demands and optimize resource allocation. They develop comprehensive plans that support long-term organizational goals, and monitor performance metrics to adjust forecasts in real-time. Project Controls Support:
• Manage and execute data transfer functions related to project controls, ensuring timely and accurate updates to Tritium Modernization Federal Program Management Office.
• Maintain performance status for EVMS deliverables by interacting with facility points-of-contact to ensure accurate reporting.
Site Visit Coordination:
• Organize and facilitate site visits for our federal customer, including logistics, scheduling, agenda development, and organization of technical input from facility.
Risk Team Integration:
• Serve as a liaison with the risk team to ensure seamless integration of program-level input to risk data.
Group Support & Coverage:
• Develop a working knowledge of the Tritium Modernization Program Management responsibilities to provide backup coverage for meetings and routine tasks.
• Assist with administrative duties and ad hoc requests as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field plus at least five years of experience (YOE) in a relevant role, OR Master's degree in relevant field plus at least two years of experience (YOE), OR Doctoral degree in relevant field
• Equivalencies to experience and education requirements will be considered
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Experience in project controls, project management, or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in the Tritium Facilities is preferred.

Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own field/discipline, solving complex problems with minimal guidance and oversight.

SRNS is required by DOE to conduct a pre-employment drug & alcohol test and background review that includes checks of personal references, credit, criminal records, and employment history, and education verifications. Positions with SRNS may require applicants to obtain and maintain a DOE L or Q-level security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship.
